WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT SLEEP PARALYSIS?

Hello readers, today I will like to talk about ‘Sleep Paralysis’ some of you may have come across the word, while some of you may have not, I am not a professional or a doctor but I have read lots of articles about sleep paralysis which is why I want to share the knowledge I gained reading about it with you guys, hoping to help you understand what sleep paralysis is. To make you understand I will give a little definition of sleep paralysis.

Definition:

Sleep paralysis is a temporary inability to move or speak that happens when you are waking up or, less commonly, falling asleep. Although you are awake, your body is briefly paralysed after which you can move and speak as normal. The paralysis can last for a few seconds to several minutes.

I guess you know what I am trying to talk about now. Have you ever felt like you were awake but unable to move? Hmmm, If I guess right that would be ‘yes’, if your answer is yes then you will understand where I am coming from. That sleeping condition is called sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis may leave you feeling frightened, especially if you also see or hear things that aren’t really there (feeling like a dream) sleep paralysis may happen only once, or frequently even several times a night

Note: sleep paralysis is not considered dangerous health problem.

Research made by sleep researchers conclude that, in most cases, sleep paralysis is simply a sign that your body is not moving smoothly through the stages of sleep. remn and non rem(relative eye movement and non relative eye movement). I know your next question will be “how can I stop sleep paralysis” even if sleep paralysis may not be dangerous to health, it can also be terrifying most especially when you start getting hallucinations (a sensory perception of something that does not exist arising from disorder of the nervous systems, as in delirium tremens; a delusion ).

How to stop Sleep Paralysis:

·                     Relax your body into the paralysis (don’t fight it forcefully as  this will create panic and increase the of hallucinations).

·                     Try to move your eyes by blinking and looking around the room (this will help you establish movement to fully awaken you).

·                     Wiggle your fingers and toes gently. (these little movements will tell your brain  that your body is awake).

·                     Try to move your lips and facial muscles

LITTLE YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LIE(S)

Good morning, afternoon and evening to whom so ever is reading this article at any time of the day. Today I want to talk about this very popular word which is used by an average man at list 5-10 times a day “Lie”. As far, as you are human you are guilty of lying, even the most respected people in your Community, City, State, Country and the World at large lie in daily basis. Our Parents, Pastors and Traditional Rulers lie to us sometimes to hide the truth from use because truth sometimes hurts a lot. So before I go further I will like to give you a little definition of the word “Lie” so you can get a clear view and understanding of what I am talking about.   

DEFINITION:

A false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood, to speak falsely or utter untruth knowingly, as with in tent to deceive. (According to dictionary.com).

Now you know the definition of what I am talking about I can go further now, back in the bible days, you will see that most notable men lied, look around you, all you see hear or feel are made up of lies.

Lies are simply for the purpose of maintaining social contacts by avoiding insults or discord. Small lies that avoid conflict are probably the most common lies we tell, and avoiding conflict is a top motivator for deception.

For Example: someone lying about being inside a cab/bus while he or she is still at home maybe lying down or when you look totally weird in your shoes or clothes and your friend tells you that you look great…. Both sorts of lies achieve the effect of avoiding social conflict. They are “make life easy” kind of lies

HERE ARE THE TYPE OF LIES YOU MIGHT HAVE CAME ACROSS:

-                      Bad Faith Lie: Bad faith lie is lying to oneself

-                      Emergency Lie: Is a strategic lie told when the truth may not be told because the truth may the hurtful or harmful to the individual.

-                      Big Lie: Is a lie which attempts to trick someone into believing something that is untruth

-                      Fabrication: is a lie told when someone submits a statement as truth, without knowing for certain whether or if the content is actually true. Although the statement may be possible or plausible.

-             Contextual Lie: one can state part of the truth out of context, knowing that without complete information, it gives a false impression. Also, one can actually state accurate facts, yet deceive with them.

-        Economical with the truth: volunteering false information (i.e, lying), by deliberately holding back relevant fact (information).

-                      Barefaced Lie: is a lie that is obviously a lie to those gearing it.

-                      Noble Lie: Is a lie that would normally cause discord if uncovered, but offers some benefit to the liar and assists in an orderly society.

-                      Lying by omission: A lie by omission occurs when an important fact is left out in order to foster a misconception.

-                      White lie: are minor lies which could be considered to be harmless, or even beneficial, in the long term. White lies are also considered to be used for greater good.

-                      Lie to Children: is a lie, often a platitude, which may use euphemism(s), which is told to make an adult subject acceptable to children.

I am guess you understand the different kind of lies remember there are still of type of lies that I didn’t include if you want to get the full list of the different type of lies visit wikipedia.

THE QUESTION NOW IS, HOW OFTEN DO PEOPLE LIE?

According to study published, found that 60 percent of people had lied at once during a 10 conversation between two or more people/strangers. On average, the subjects lied almost 3 times in a 10 minute conversation (you can imagine if that conversation continues for about an hour)

Another study in the US (united states, one study had 77 college students plus and 70 community members keep a diary detailing their deceptions. The students admitted to lying an average of twice a day, while the community members lied about once per day.

A similar study found similar conclusions.

Study of 2000 Britons claims men tell 6(six) lies a day with women averaging 3 lies a day. That same research found that most common lie (told by both sexes) being “nothing’s wrong, I’m fine.” (I am so guilty of this lol).

FRIEND-ZONE AND FRIENDSHIP

I want to take my time and write about friendzoning. I know this word “friendzone” is a very popular word among youths, but the people that mostly fall victim of the situation are boys. Let me start by giving you guys a little definition of friendzone if you are new to the word.

friendzoned is basically a preemptive rejection where people get too comfortable with someone and see them as only a special conversation/sharing info partner 'a friend' and unconsciously reject the person as a sexual opportunity and would be shocked and appalled if that was brought up.

You're an average guy, nice, intelligent, funny, with great wit, you care about other people, whether they are strangers, friends or lovers. You try not to behave like a self-centered idiot and the last thing you would ever do is hurting a woman.

Do you match those criteria? Well if you do, you'll soon learn the definition of this word! Your crush will date a lousy self-centered prick and you'll have the honor to be the support shoulder when she realizes how bad he treats her and complains about how awful her life is, wondering why every guy she dates turns out to be a complete moron, but still she see you as just a friend, she tells you everything almost anything. She will feel so comfortable telling you are problem cause she knows that you will always listen to her and give her good advice.

Do your research intelligent and quiet guys are mostly the once falling victim of friendzoning, but almost everybody have been friend zoned one way or the other and it hurts really bad mostly when that time comes when they will come telling you how their dates(lover) cheats or play with their emotions forgetting that they have been playing with yours every now and then.

LET ME NARROW SOMETHING DOWN HERE SOMETIMES PEOPLE MISTAKE FRIENDSHIP TO FRIENDZONE.

1.                 Been friends with a woman is different from been friendzoned:

There is a common misconception among ladies and guys. Been friend-zoned and been friends with a lady is the same thing, sorry dear, they are completely different things.

The fact is, it is very healthy for you as a guy to have female friends they come in very handy, from helping do sometimes you cant do by yourself as a guy. To be be friends with a female means you have no romantic feeling for her, you do not give her any form of special treatment, she’s your friend because she is adding value to your life not because you hope she ends up been your lover, while been friend-zoned is the complete opposite of friendship.

2.                 Take Not An Average Girl Will Not Think Twice Before Friendzoning You: The average woman/girl just want to eat the cake and have it. Just like most guys want to have sex without commitment so do women want attention without giving back that same attention, all they want is, they want to be treated like a princess, with love and care and admiration not because they have feelings for you but just because of the way you make them feel. So they can mess with your feeling for months even for years under the guise of friendship guys be careful its not easy be its better to try and work on ourselves as guys.

3.                 Define what type of relationship you want from any woman from the start and communicate the definition clearly: When you mean a woman for the first time. The first question you should ask yourself is what do I want from her is it sex, romance or just friendship. Your definition should influence how you approach her, whatever your definition is never fail to communicate it to her as early as possible through words or via action, her reaction should decide your next course of action. If she does not accept your definition by all means move on.

For example: You like this particular girl in your department and you want her to be your girlfriend go woo her do not ‘I repeat’ try to be her friend in the hopes of getting her to like you, she refuses and strings you along too much bro just move on. The truth is if a girl really likes you in most cases you wouldn’t have to try so hard to get her, I have been there so I know how it works.

As a guy the greatest gift you can give any woman is your attention and your time but she must deserve this attention, do not give it to her on a platter of gold it may not be easy but it is good to know when something is too much.

For a woman to be the center of your world, you must be the center of her existence (FACT).

4.       You do not win a girls heart by trying to be just her friend: You win her heart by trying to be her lover. A lover is a friend and romantic partner meshed into one. Hit on her from the get go. Let her know you like her cause if you miss that step at the start dude you step in the direction of friendzoning, give her those seductive glances, hold her hands, make her know you want her tell her how you feel… lol I know you will say this is dem hard cause you are too close but it is better to me truthful to yourself and to her.

Remember it is not a crime to have a female friend, and is not also a crime to fall in love with your friend along the way you may not have planned it but it just happened I am in that situation now but I have to work it out soon.

Friend I know this is kinda long but I hope you pick up one or two things here. Please remember you may not have planned to fall for someone it may happen when you list expected but you have to make a move, let them know that you never had the intention of falling in love with them it just happen remember it is not a crime to fall in love we are all human so we learn everyday.

I have always been scared of jealousy, always been scared of pain,
always been scared of shame, always been scared of love. I have always
been scared of trouble, have always been scared of disgrace, always
been scared of fear and always been scared of temptations. Behold I
just disclosed the fact that in a rhythm of life, there is bound to be
all these tribulations due to my IMPERFECTIONS. Now, am scared of my
imperfections, scared of not been good enough for everyone but happy
am someone's BEST and this reflects my mortal nature. All of a
sudden I just realised that there is nothing to be scared of in life
because no matter how good you are, you can never be best for everyone
and vice versa. So I just work towards been best for my heartbeat and
for my creator. No one is ever flawless even your earthly creators
still finds STAIN in your PURITY!!!

LET IT ALL GO (Drunk in Love)

Is this how it feels to love? Question buzzing through my mind, I am
never alone with this big thought of having you running through my
mind, I know I can't see you but I can't explain why, you've thanking
this place in my heart, you are part of me, I can't feel you by my
side for I am only a friend nothing more than that, but I am never
alone without the thought of you, it was too late for me to let you
know how I feel, now we became too close as friends, but I am never
alone in thought, you are always on my mind, you are the best them
thing that has ever happened to me, but I can't never say never, for I
am stronger and deeper in love with you than I used too, I will do my
very best to love you more every passing day, I won't let you go, you
are my better half, cause if you do I will fall apart, it better for
us to fall together and share this love I feel, please don't let me
go, this are my wishes, I understand you don't love me, but I will
never say never when what I feel inside is real, I have never felt
like this before I am broken in love and it feel so right, I can't be
what you want me to be, I don't know what you want me to be but I am
frighten that any wrong step I make, will make me lose you forever, I
don't want to make that simple mistake, I became to attached to you
that I can't do with without you, I guess you never noticed the love I
feel deep down when ever I hear you speak, but I never known that
everything I know was falling apart, you are mine, I wish I could
bring back time to the every start, too that very day and that very
question he asked "is that your Dog" but these are wishes that are
long gone in the wild, I won't let it go this is me and this is real,
you are mine but I can't have you, everyone knows I am all over my
head for you, very step I make is another mistake I made from the very
start, I will be fine but believe me if I tell you I fall asleep every
night with your name on my lips, I guess I should stay awake instead
of sleeping and dreaming of a beautiful world I can't have with you,
please take me away by the sound of your rhythmical voice with the
vibes coming out softly, this most be it, I have to tell myself the
truth we can't be more than friends so I let it all go.

Hidden Love In Friendship

He was her child hood friend, he was always there for her when ever
she needs someone to be by her side, she has fallen in love with him,
but couldn't let out what she feels, for she was afraid that it may
ruin her friendship with him so it better for her to keep what she
feels to her self.

She cries every night because she can't have him to herself, it kills
her when ever he tells her about the girl he has a crush on, not
knowing that the love he is looking for in that girl is always right
next to him, he belongs to her but not in the way she wants, he
belongs to her but she wanted him to feel her in his arms, he belongs
to her but she can't feel his hands running through her hair, he
belongs to her but she can't hear him call her "my love".

Now its time for prom, the night she always imagine while she was much
younger, she always wish that her prince will come and take her to
prom in a chariot kissing her hands as he walk her to the chariot, but
all that where just an imagination that will not come through because
she has no prince.

Here comes her best friend whom she love with the deepest part of her
heart, she wished he was going to ask her to be his prom date, her
hope was high up praying and thinking God that her dreams will finally
come true, but to her greatest disappointment he was here to ask to
her help to ask a girl out for prom, that kills her and breaks her
heart all over again, but she managed to simile and promised to help
him out.

She finally did, she had helped him out with some other girl when
truly she is the right one for him. Now its time for prom she has no
date for the night so she decided to stay at home because she can't
help it seeing her lover dancing with some other girl not her.

He waited but didn't see her, he misses every thing about her, he is
in love with her but he don't want to ruin their friendship, it is
better to keep what he feels to himself, but as the music plays he
couldn't help but think of one person that means the world to him,
that's, his so called best friend. Finally he made up is mind and pull
a call through to herself phone telling her that he is coming to pick
her up.

Getting there, she was already angry thinking he was here to ask her
to talk to another girl for him, she was feed up of always helping him
out when she can't tell him how she truly feels, he is here now, he
smiled and gave her a little box but she was too angry to open it,
thinking it was the name of the next girl she's going to help him out
with, so she throw it away, as the boy ran to get it without watching
before crossing a big vehicle hit him, she ran to help him when she
got there he gave her the little box again this time she opened it and
this is what was in the little box a letter that goes this way.

My best friend, I promised to be best friends with you but my emotions
can't take it anymore I am in love with you. I am getting bored with
this friend zoning, I only ask you to help me out with girls issues
just to see how you will react for me to be sure if you love me as a
friend or not, but each time I ask you to help me out I always read
the looks on your face, I finally discovered that you loved me. I have
been waiting for this moment to tell you that I will love you till the
stop of my last breath. I..... Love.... You....

As she closed the pepper tears fell off her face so was the last
breath from a great friend, a lover and a brother stopped his heart
stopped her love was gone.

truth about heartbreak and remedy

"He loved me, he promised to always take care of me, he said he will
never leave me for someone else! Now. My heart is shattered, bruised
and battered beyond recognition. I am going to die! Yes I will; I
can't help it anymore! - Clara

There were the exact words of Clara after a sudden breakup call from
her boyfriend. You can tell how she feels from each line of her words
and I must say, that's not encouraging.

Now what do we understand by the term 'Heartbreak'?

We hear people use the word a lot in diverse circumstances but do we
know the actual fact, or what it actually entails to be heartbroken?

Heartbreaks could be discarded in different ways:-

It could be a very strong feeling of sadness, disappointment and
agonizing grief and anguish towards a situation or someone.

Its the feeling of regret, sorrow grief and overwhelming disappointment.

Its an emotional pain or suffering, an empty feeling that aches after
the end of. An affair (Love).

Critically analyzing the above definitions we could agree that been
heartbroken boils down to diverse circumstances. A mother may loss her
only child to an accident or better still. A man losing his entire
family to a plane crash or an inferno; these are circumstances that
boils down to been heartbroken.

Ok I know you might think that I am forgetting something right? Come
on how could I?

Alright I'd say if the most common and populous form of heartbreak is
that which contains relationships; love affairs! Yeah everyone is a
victim, I know even I, your writer have been to that planet, I had
taste of it too and I must confess, It has a sour taste.

Alright back to the topic of the day. Take for example, the case of
Clara a female teenager having an affair with Paul a male teenager who
promised to love her with his life at any cost and also promised to
spend the rest of his life with her. She got engaged to him prior his
intentions to marry her.

Now marriage plans had been made with consent of both families only
for Paul to wake up one morning with a sudden change of mind towards
Clara, thereby pulling a call through to Clara informing her that he's
no longer interested.

What a shocker? This he did without remorse. Now that call had an
adverse effect on Clara disorganizing her physically, emotional and
psychologically; that's why she said those words of regrets.

Now you see, that an emotional heartbreak, a concrete example with
proper description what conclusion can you draw from Paul's action
towards Clara? Yeah I know you just said she deserves to die, but does
that made Clara's broken heart? I guess no!

Emotional heartbreak is when someone recklessly plays with your heart,
breaks if and shatters it in ways you never thought it could.

Its the kind that comes along when you have to watch the person you
love, love someone else. Hey! That's enough; I don't want to make you
cry ok? LOL.

Alright that for that. Now let's have a closer look at the effects of
emotional heartbreaks. What harm does it course? Can it make one
commit suicide? Can it change someone's attitude towards love
permanently?

Research has it that heartbreaks affect the heart in these use that
your adrenal glands starts churning out the hormones cortisol and
adrenaline, the contars of the body's fight or flight stress response
depending on how bad the breakup was, your stress hormones are
anywhere from simmering to skyrocketing and they are likely ratcheting
up your blood pressure, emotional heartbreaks also boils down to the
feeling of rejection.

Rejection sends blood flow to the secondary somatosensory corten and
the dorsal posterior insular of the brain and that's why you may feel
achy all over not just in your heat.

Your immune system might as well be affected thereby making it hard
for system to fight infections and keep virus under control that
eventually leads to developing a cold sore.

Now I guess you know that a broken heart can cause physical and
emotional trauma to the heart and the immune cells. haven stated the
effects, I will love to drive into the remedy. I know you can't wait
to read on.

Have you ever been in love? How was it? Horrible isn't it? It makes
you so weak to face the truth when it stand looking at you in the eyes
telling you that what you feel can't always work out the way you want
them to.

'Love' It Open your chest and if opens up your heart and it means that
someone can get inside you and mess you up now how do we, or can we
erase that mess? If we can how do we start?

Too many questions now is time to give an answer to the mush awaited
topic which is remedy.

When you breakup with someone there's always this deep pain inside you
that you wish you never feel. To let that pain go you have to cry, yes
it may sound like 'cry' yes when you cry your heart automatically gets
information to let that pain go, for example a woman just lost her
child the first thing she dose it cry during that process the pain of
her losing her child is fading away at that point in time.

You have to sometimes lie to yourself, I know what's running through
your mind now, you are say what will lying to my self going to do with
heartbreak or a broken heart. The truth is that lie have his own part
to play in making you forget about your heartbreak, you can lie most
time that you never loved that person when you lie take it as the
truth with time you will see that your love for that person is dying.

Look for the wrong side of that person and try to forget the good side
of him/her. When you do so, you will see that you are completely free
from what you feel for him/her.

The pin point of it all is always be around the people that truly
cares about you, go out always hangout with friends, because when you
are all by yourself the picture of you being with your ex or lost one
will always reflect and run through your mind.

Understanding Faith

Faith is like an intense hope, Its like a space in our heart, a space
that we can't see can feel, it works in a way you cant explain, it
more of hoping by believing in everything you lay your heart on.

I don't know about others, but I try as mush as possible to believe in
everything I hear, read and see which I believe comes from the
teaching of God's words.

I believe in myself and in God, I try to differentiate between the bad
and the good by reading my bible each and everyday which helps me to
build up my faith, one of the best thing that I love about faith is,
it helps me work towards good deed and I put all my faith there.


As long as we believe that there's nothing impossible as long as we
have faith and when we water that faith by studying the world of God
always, our faith will continue to always grow.

As you can see faith is really a deep and lovely aspect of human life
it takes faith for a man too wake up in the morning, open is business
hoping that someone will come and patronize his or her business, you
may not notice, believe it or not you are exhibiting the act of faith.

Let's take reference to the most important book In the world that is
our bible, Hebrews 11 verse 3, says: 'by faith we understand that the
world's' were frames by the 'word' of God, so that the 'things' which
are 'seen' were not 'made' of the things which are 'visible'.

Reading that verse, I think its telling us that God created the whole
world with just 'words' and nothing else, He created the waters,
stars, moon, animals etc by words of faith, just like what the bible
said we are small gods, so if we are Christians (Christ-like), we
should learn to use faith in every single thing we do or say.

Things we should learn to do as Christians is:

1) We should learn to make changes just by 'visualizing or just talking'

2) We should create that space of deep desire and connection with God

3) We should speak by faith, act by faith in any situation we find
ourselves, be it good or bad.

Examples of people that had faith and used there faith in the bible are:

Abraham, Noah, Moses, David, Samuel, Gideon, Ruth, Deborah, Isaiah,
Elijah, Elisha, Jecob and even Jesus. The list are endless.

God told Abraham to leave his father's house and just go to no where,
to a land he has never been too or heard of, Abraham had to idea,
where he was going or what he was going to do there, how he will be
able to live his normal life there, but he obeyed God with so much
faith.

Noah, God just told him to build an ark, gave him description and he
obeyed without fear or questioning.

Jesus wonders by faith: He turned water to wine and many other great
miracles done by him are the manifestations of faith.

With all this you will agree with me that faith indeed the most
important part of you being a Christian and remember that without
faith, no man can please God.

ARTICLE 7

7.1 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

A. The appointment of officers shall be by consensus of voting
in the general meeting of the community.

B. Any vacancy that occurs through resignation, death, long
absence from the community ot removal by resolution of the general
meeting shall be filled temporarily by the Executive Committee of the
CDA until a new officer is appointed by election or consensus in a
general meeting.

C. Any landlord/landlady that fails to pay his/her dues shall
not be eligible for any office.

D. Any Bini landlorf who had risen to the position of Odionwere
and have not been paying his dues of cooperating with the Community is
not entitled to the position of Odionwere or any office in the
community. Without prejudice to the positions of the Edionwere, the
two, Edionwere shall perform the traditional roles as obtainable in
other communities. They are the Advisers of the Community Development
Association as well as being the Chairman and vice chairman of the
Board of Trustees respectively.

7.2 TENURE OF OFFICE:

A. Officers elected under article 7.1 above shall bold
office for a period of four years.

B. A person so elected in the first instance shall qualify
to be re-elected for a second tenure of four years if found suitable.

C. No person should hold office for more than two tenures.

ARTICLE 4, 5 of Irowa Obazee/Igunbor Constitution

Membership

- Qualification: Membership shall be mandatory for all landlords,
landladies, caretakers, churches, industrialist, workshop and shop
owners/office owners in the Community.

- Registration: Names of the above members shall be compiled with the
numbers of their houses, churches, industrialist, workshop, office and
workshop written against their names.

- Obligation of Members: Every member shall be bound to further or
abide to the best of his or her ability, the objectives, interest and
influence of the community and shall observe all the bye-laws, rules
and regulations of the community.

ARTICLE 5

Organs Of The Association

- General Meeting: The supreme authority shall be vested in the
general meeting of members who will decide on the general policies and
directive principles of the community.

- Subject to that authority, the community shall be administered by
the Executive Committee of Development Association (CDA)

- The Executive Committee:

I) The officers of the community with two ex-officio members to be
appointed by the general house shall constitute the Executive
Committee of the Community Development Association.

II) The business of the community shall be managed by the Executive
Committee of the CDA who may exercise all such powers of the Community
on its behalf and such acts as may be delegated to it by the general
meeting.

III) The General House shall have power at anytime and from time to
time to appoint any member to fill a casual vacancy among members of
the Committee, but any member so appointed shall hold office only
until such a time that the vacancy may be eligible for consideration
to the post.

IV) A member of the Executive Committee of the CDA shall cease to hold office:

• If he by notice in writing to the Community resigns his office.

• If he becomes of unsound mind.

• If he leaves the community permanently.

• If he is removed from office on the grounds of dishonesty, found,
insubordination or declining productivity.

V) The Executive Committee of the CDA shall have power from time to
time to make suggestions to alter and repeal these bye-laws as they
may deem it necessary or expedient or convenient for proper conduct
and management of the community and shall bring such additions or
repeals or alterations to the general meeting for approval.

VI) Any member who desires any section of this constitution to be
amended shall make such suggestions through writing and move it as a
motion in the general meeting. Such suggestion if passed, by 2/3
majority of the house shall became by-law.

- Standing Committee: The Community shall have standing Committees as follows:

I) Committee for planning and project development

II) Finance Revenue Mobilisation Committee

III) Peace and security committee

IV) Committee for publicity and organization

V) Committee for welfare and social matters

VI) Any other committee deemed necessary as at when due, like the
Audit and the Youth committee.

All chairman of these Committees shall be Ex-office members of
the Executive Committee. All committees shall consist of not less than
five members and maximum of seven members

VII) The House may at anytime and from time to time appoint and adhoc
committee to deal with specific matters.

E) FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEES

I. PLANNING AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE: shall

• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the community's capital development
programmes.

• Collate estimate of work and tender documents and process it for
the Executive Committee's consideration.

• Any other job that may be assigned to it from time to time

II) FINANCE COMMITTEE: shall:

• Plan the sources of revenue to meet of the Community.

• Organise fund raising activities

• Prepare the annual budget or budget of any project for
consideration of the Executive Committee, when shall finally be
approved by the General House.

• Collect all levies from sources of revenue to be determined by
them subject to the approval of the General house.

III) PEACE AND SECURITY COMMITTEE: shall:

• Work for the sustenance of security, law and order within the
community in collaboration with the security and law enforcement
agencies of government.

• Organise and supervise a security out fit for the community.

• Encourage unity and discourage civil disputes amongst members
of the Community.

IV) PUBLICITY AND ORGANISING COMMITTEE: shall:

• Arrange meeting/social venues.

• Working hand in hand with Secretary in informing the members of
useful information and meeting notice and social functions.

• Keep record of all the house in the community.

• Any other duty that may be assigned to it from time to time.

V) SOCIAL AND WELFARE COMMITTEE: shall:

• Be responsible for the drawing up of a blue print welfare
package for the community.

• Be responsible for collecting ONLY welfare dues from members

• Supervise all social engagement and recreational activities of
the community.

• Responsible for provision of decoration, food and refreshment/
entertainment in social gatherings.

• Keep record of attendance in the social outings of members.

• Any other job that may be assigned to it from time to time.

VI) YOUTH COMMITTEE

• The youth leader shall from a body of youths to be known as the
youth Committee.

• They shall whenever called upon assist the other Committees in
the area of security, maintenance of peace and revenue collection in
the community.

ARTICLE 1, 2 and 3 of Irowa Obazee/Igunbor Constitution

ARTICLE 1

NAME: The association shall be known and called Irowa Obazee/Igunbor
Community Development Association.

OFFICE: The registered office of the Association shall situate at the
house of the current chairman of the Association.

MOTTO: Unity For Development


ARTICLE 2

Aims And Objectives

- to mobilize the inhabitants of Irowa Obazee/Igunbor Community
towards the overall objectives of the Association which are to foster
peace, love, unity, security, development and progress amongst the
people as well as co-operate with their neighboring communities.

To identify, plan and execute self-help projects for the provistion of
social services and physical development.

- I) To confer, consult, contact and co-operate with the relevant law
enforcement agencies in the area of security of lives and property
II) The Community can also organise a vigilante group to maintain
and enforce the attainment of the security of live and property in the
Community; but the organisation of such a vigilante had to be with the
express knowledge and co-operation of the police.

- To come to the aid of needy members and felicitate with each other,
by putting a welfare package in place.

- To prosecute or defend any suit or action of law enforcement
agencies instituted against any member/community in the course of
carrying out his official duties as specified in this constitution
before any court or tribunal.

ARTICLE 3

Declaration

The association shall be non political or religious. For the avoidance
of doubt, the Association as a body shall not be involved or concerned
with political issues, movement or organisation EXCEPT when called
upon, by constituted or lawful government authority in case where an
issue is for public enlightenment.

Local Government Area, Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

Conscious of the fact that a government, however benevolent or
whatever the abundance of it resources cannot do everything for its
populace, and desirous of improving the lot of our community Area of
Edo Stave, Nigeria, do hereby resolve to come together, and subscribe
to this body of rules which shall be known and cited as the
constitution of irowa Obazee/Igunbor Community Development Association
as set forth here under, to regulate the conduct of the affairs of
this community.

To this end, the Irowa Obazee/Igunbor Community Development
Association shall make further review from time to time for the
furtherance of the constitution if the need arises, provided that such
rules shall be consistent with the spirit and letter of this
constitution.

a young taxi driver in cold blood

A young man was killed last night in irowa obazee street, off benin
technical college road, popularly known as holy rosy, benin city, edo
state, nigeria.

According to the information the taxi driver was robbed on his way
back from work, when some armed robber attracted him, asking him to
hand over the key of his car to them but he refused to hand it over,
that made the robbers open fire on him.

Eye witness that saw the body went to call the civil defense, the body
was found inside the rain. the young man with a pregnant wife was
brutally murdered in a cold blood, when his wife saw the dead body of
his husband she busted in tears.

Looking back at our past this love was so perfect the feeling was
real, the chemistry we share was like no other, we never saw something
wrong, we shared same thought, same wish, same goals, we dreamed of a
perfect future together.

Music is one of the most important aspect of human life, music have
come a long way begging form the creation of the earth.

Till date there is no clear definition of music, music is life, music
is death, music is pain and music is joy. Soon I will break down those
four music factors to your understanding.

Now let me break this list I once listed down.

Music is life: music is life because if you look at nature it self you
will found out that the trees, birds, cars, bikes as far as you can
imagine are all instrument of music, listening to trees you can hear
them sing, birds sings as well, the sound you hear from cars and bikes
are all musics depending on the understanding you put to it, so in
that aspect you will found out that music is life and life is music.

music is death: when a baby is given birth to he or she is supposed to
cry, its a must because that is past of our nature, during that
process of a baby crying the baby is making a sweet tune of music
because looking at it from another angel that baby is happy being
born, so for him or her to express that joy they must cry and that cry
is music but we the grown up once can't understand the rhythms of the
songs, some thing goes to when death comes, people cry for the dead,
expressing the pain they feel, they do it through crying and when you
listen closely to the sound of the people crying you will be able to
get the rhythm of music out of it, so we humans are born with music
and die with music.


music is pain: most people express their pain through music, in other
words music is expressed my emotions, when the heart is in pain you
feel your heart beat faster, lips move slowly and it is only ok to
balance the pain by singing out loud or better still cry.


music is Joy: when you get to hear a great news the first thing you
will do is make a sound and that sound contents a musical vibes,
rhythms out of that sound, and that sound lighting up for heart and
fill them with sweet tunes.
